Prop Firm Traddoo Temporarily Stops Accepting New Customers

Traddoo, operating in the retail prop trading industry, announced that it is temporarily suspending challenge sales to new customers. For existing customers, everything continues as usual. This change is due to ongoing updates to the existing customer platform.

Prop Firm Traddoo Suspends Challenge Account Sales

According to a message shared on Discord by Traddoo's CEO Dylan Worrall, the company is currently developing a new customer dashboard, which will take several weeks. As a result, it warns customers of possible "brief interruptions" and has "temporarily suspended new challenge account purchases."

For existing traders, there are no changes or impacts - they can still use their challenge accounts, trade, and withdraw funds. Worrall states: "We are committed to keeping everything running smoothly while making these improvements."

What Changes Can Prop Firm Traddoo Expect in Coming Weeks?

According to the CEO's announcement, the new dashboard will provide traders with more information and be more user-friendly and easier to use. Soon after, options to pay with credit and debit cards will be added. Additionally, the company plans to change its current trader evaluation model.

Prop Firms Suspend Challenges and Operations

While Traddoo is pausing challenges due to platform improvements, recent similar news mainly involves solvency issues in the rapidly changing prop industry.

Just yesterday (Tuesday), foreign media Finance Magnates reported that Fundedlions is disappearing from the prop firm map, claiming it was "attacked and blackmailed" by its technology provider. Consequently, the company has temporarily (duration uncertain) suspended operations and begun the process of migrating to the MetaTrader 5 platform.

A few weeks ago, UK-based Indigo Trader Funding also decided to cease operations as it "failed in this business venture." The official announcement was made just one day after the company name was officially removed from the company registry. It applied for removal on August 12.

Last month, Karma Prop Traders, which only started operations in early 2024, also disappeared from the market. However, in this case, everything ended well for investors as their accounts and pending withdrawals were taken over by Sway Funded.
